Roles & Responsibilities

Overview: As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. You will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and mentoring sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    Identify new market opportunities, trends, and potential clients to expand the customer base.
    Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  2. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize performance.
    Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and objectives for individual team members and monitor performance against goals.
    Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development and improvement.
  3. Key Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and requirements to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
    Develop customized sales solutions and proposals to address client needs and challenges.
    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with key clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.
    Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, nurturing relationships and converting leads into sales opportunities.
    Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast sales projections and revenue forecasts accurately, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
    Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and analyses to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
    Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate insights for decision-making.
