Responsibilities:
- Interview and hire foreign workers.
- Source of materials and subcontractors.
- Prepare purchase orders, quotations and delivery orders.
- Prepare risk assessment plan and method of statement, safework procedures as per authority's guidelines.
- Site checking to make sure all works are completed as per project scope.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience in administrative work in Construction field.
- Basic working knowledge of MS office (i.e. MS word, excel, powerpoint)
- Preferably to have Bizsafe level 2 certification.
- Good working attitude, responsible and proactive.
- 5.5 days work week (i.e. Alternate Saturdays)
- Only Singaporeans.
