We are looking for an admin assistant experienced in the construction / facility management field.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview and hire foreign workers.
  • Source of materials and subcontractors.
  • Prepare purchase orders, quotations and delivery orders.
  • Prepare risk assessment plan and method of statement, safework procedures as per authority's guidelines.
  • Site checking to make sure all works are completed as per project scope.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year experience in administrative work in Construction field.
  • Basic working knowledge of MS office (i.e. MS word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Preferably to have Bizsafe level 2 certification.
  • Good working attitude, responsible and proactive.
  • 5.5 days work week (i.e. Alternate Saturdays)
  • Only Singaporeans.
