**Responsibilities: - Assist our Accounts and Office Manager in managing the day-to-day accounting and admin tasks such as GST submissions, petty cash claim, workers' payroll (using info-tech software), typing of purchasing orders, quotations, invoices and expense tracking.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records and documentation for office and workers.
  • Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Liaise with clients/owners, suppliers, contractors and workers to address queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • At times help to source for suppliers, quotations and purchasing
  • Assist the Director with some paperwork or any other work when requested.
**Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts and administration, preferably with a construction company in Singapore.

  • Knowledge in using the Info-Tech HRM and accounting software an added advantage.
  • Familiar and good knowledge in MOM rules and regulations, it's requirements and hiring process for hiring foreign workers/staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Singapore accounting regulations and practices.
  • Singaporeans and PRs are preferred.
