Job Description

The People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programs to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talents.

The team looks after the full HR spectrum including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management and staff communications.

We are looking for a Manager to join our Payroll team to lead and manage the payroll operations for KPMG Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the payroll team's performance by providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Responsible for entire payroll operations for 4 entities with approximately 3500 headcounts.
  • Responsible for tax submissions and government claims.
  • Point of contact for internal/ external audits and escalations.
  • Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, and reconciliations, adhering to statutory guidelines and company policies.
  • Develop and improve payroll procedure and processes driving the team towards payroll automation.
  • Partner closely with our stakeholders managing escalation.
  • Lead payroll projects and initiatives.
Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in managing endtoend payroll processes.
  • A selfstarter with minimum 3 years' experience in leading and managing a small team.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and has a knack in process improvements; using technology to drive automation and accuracy.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferably with SAP/ SuccessFactors payroll experience.
