  • Oversee prepayroll, payroll, and postpayroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering their growth and development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and streamline operations while maintaining internal controls
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and institutional finance and HR staff to address payrollrelated matters
  • Cover for colleagues handling payroll processing for other entities as needed
  • Deliver timely updates and reports to senior management

The Successful Applicant:

  • 5 years of experience in payroll management, with supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of statutory requirements and payroll regulations in Singapore
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a highpressure environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
