    Primary Responsibility:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing, including payment of salaries, pension, tax filing and timely submission of payroll journal entries to Finance
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, ontime payment and timely reporting
  • Submission of government claims such as NS, Govt Paid Leave, etc.
  • Work with HR and finance stakeholders to resolve all payroll and posting related issues
  • Provide advice on complicated payroll cases and ensure confidentiality of payroll data is safeguarded at all times
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure sufficient funds for monthly payment, handling all payroll recharges between entities
  • Updating of SOP and compliance related matters
  • Support in streamlining the payroll processes and transitioning the activities from multiple countries/businesses to Singapore in phases
  • Support in new payroll system implementation including UAT, data migration, post go live support, etc.
  • Other adhoc payroll duties assigned

Required Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Singapore and China payroll administration
  • At least 3 years of handson payroll experience
  • Diploma in HR or accounting or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Proficient in Excel formula
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Preferably with work experience in a shared services environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Ramco payroll system will be advantageous
