/ Responsibilities:

Support and maintain middleware infrastructure which include, Oracle WebLogic, JBoss EAP/EWS, Apache Web, Apache Tomcat, IIS, SFTP, Active Batch on both Unix & Windows platforms

Managed and administered Domains, Clusters, JDBC Connection Pools, JDBC Data sources, and other resources on application infrastructure

Provide technical expert support for managed workloads, including analyzing and resolving incidents, problem, service request and change process management

Perform Incident Management such as investigate and troubleshoot incident ticket, providing root cause analyze till resolution of middleware application servers

Regularly perform patch management for all middleware servers and involved in Change Management meeting

Technical analysis of production platforms to identify and remediate performance issues

Implemented procedures for optimal performance, tuning and optimization of existing systems

Develop scripts for optimizing operations and housekeeping

Retrieving, analyzing, troubleshooting and take appropriate action for middleware server errors and logs

Maintain technical documentation of software deployments and configuration changes

Perform after office hours Middleware porting (applications deployment)

Perform 24 x 7 weekly rotational support

The ideal candidate should possess

Candidate must possess at least Bachelors's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

At least 3 to 5 years in managing and administrating Middleware application such as Oracle WebLogic, JBoss EAP/EWS, Apache Web, Apache Tomcat, IIS, SFTP, Active Batch

Should have strong UNIX / Linux / Windows operating system administration experience

Strong troubleshooting, communication and presentation skills

Must have quality team building skills, positive attitude, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work in a demanding environment

Willing to work and standby after office hour for operation support, including weekends and public holidays
