About the Team

The Product Data Analytics Team examines a blend of product usage and performance data to extract valuable insights that guide better product development and decision-making for our leaders. The team tackles various business scenarios, including enhancing LIVE app experiences, host operations, and user interactions. It is crucial to oversee the data lifecycle to ensure issues are quantitatively measured and logical solutions are proposed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead data analytics for our international LIVE segment, focusing on aspects like virtual gifting, host interactions, and strategic improvements to drive revenue.
  • Discover growth opportunities for our LIVE feature, identify areas for enhancement through data analysis, and establish a data-driven foundation for business growth.
  • Comprehend the business logic and user engagement on the LIVE platform, devise a solid metrics framework aligned with business objectives, and promptly evaluate and enhance business performance, providing strategic insights.
  • Play an active role in growing our international LIVE business by analyzing the business logic, translating goals into actionable plans, creating a metrics system and diagnostic procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with different business units (product, operations, R&D) to initiate and manage special data projects or reviews, identify and drive data-driven optimizations, and deliver tangible enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience, preferably in analytics for internet services or large-scale C2C products.
  • Proficiency in SQL and expertise in data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to handle data extraction, analysis, and visualization in complex data environments, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex data for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive learner with a curious mindset, independent with a knack for collaborative problem-solving.
