We are looking for an Associate Media Manager with integrated or digital media planning and implementation experience. You must possess a proven track record in orchestrating best-in-class media strategy and execution that drove tangible business growth for your clients in the Singapore market, and have existing relationships with media vendors. This position will suit individuals who excel in a fast-paced media agency environment across diverse client portfolios and can work well under pressure. You should also be a confident and articulate presenter/communicator as you will be expected to lead client relationships and present campaign strategy and media recommendations.
Reporting of the role:This role reports to the Group Account Director.

- Develop strong campaign solutions based on Wavemaker's proprietary consumer journey planning framework, from category/brand/consumer insights to strategy and channel recommendation.
- Drive strategic and tactical innovation across a diverse mix of media channels that will yield tangible marketing/business results for clients.
- For the Integrated Manager / Associate Manager role, project management is a key part of your scope. You will develop the overall media strategy, own campaign deliverables, and collaborate assertively with internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned on deliverables.
- For the Digital Manager / Associate Manager role, you will strategize and implement campaigns across non-biddable and biddable platforms, including KPI setting, optimization, cross-channel attribution analysis, and budgeting strategy.
- Act as the overall campaign account guardian, steering teams to deliver quality work by evaluating and providing input on their output.
- Enhance measurement systems to provide greater insight into the ROI of media plans and ensure the team meets agreed KPIs.
- Manage expectations of multiple stakeholders to deliver quality work within tight timelines.
- At least 3-4 years' experience in a media/digital agency with a focus on campaign strategy, media planning, and implementation in the Singapore market.
- Proven track record in developing strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and relationships effectively.
- A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and perspectives to teams and clients.
- Experience in junior team management and working under pressure.
- Resilience to handle demanding client expectations and tight deadlines.
