About the Position

We are looking for a talented ASEAN Capability and Training Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing effective capability development interventions for the Goodyear Trade and Institutional business unit in the ASEAN region.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the strategic direction for the trade sales function within the ASEAN region.
  • Assess training needs, create training modules and workshops, organize training sessions, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Asia-Pacific region to develop the training vision for Goodyear in the retail channel.
  • Act as the key contact person for driving capability programs across the ASEAN region.
Developing and Implementing Training Programs
  • Ensure training interventions are consistent and designed based on inputs from each ASEAN affiliate.
  • Work with consultants to build interventions that meet organizational needs and individual aspirations.
  • Analyze training needs, develop tools, and recommend interventions to enhance the sales team's performance.
  • Utilize sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Coaching and Mentoring Sales Team Members
  • Standardize coaching practices across ASEAN and embed leadership behaviors in day-to-day interactions.
  • Provide frameworks for on-the-job coaching and assessment.
Tracking and Analyzing Performance Metrics
  • Track the performance and implementation of learning initiatives by the sales team across affiliates.
  • Share regular reports with stakeholders to drive effectiveness in sales performance.
Collaborating and Team Management
  • Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure sales teams have the necessary resources and support.
  • Identify capability development needs and lay out strategies to support training requirements.
  • Manage budget spends effectively while delivering high-level interventions for the trade field force.
