  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and industry developments to create effective product positioning strategies
  • Track sales figures and predict sales trends
  • Lead and support the sales teams in achieving targets and strategic objectives

You Bring:

  • A degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in mid- or senior-level sales management and business development roles in IT/ Consulting sales
  • Established relationships with CxO-level clients
  • Proven track record of closing major deals (over US$20m) in various sectors such as Digital, Enterprise Applications, IT Outsourcing, and Infrastructure
  • In-depth understanding of clients' industries, staying current on technology trends
  • Capability to collaborate with Alliance Partners and implement joint Go-to-Market strategies
  • A confident, experienced, resourceful, and proactive individual dedicated to delivering outstanding results
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse management levels and stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in negotiation and influencing
  • Lead and guide the sales teams in achieving goals, targets, and seizing opportunities
  • Some travel might be necessary based on assigned accounts and business prospects
