A.On Admin:· Ensure smooth daily administration and operation of the clinic· Provides clinic's administrative duties at the front counter including answering phone calls, registration,cashiering and maintaining appointments· Record and update clinic inventory, ordering of stock· Administrative duties including maintaining simple filing etc.· Clinical duties including chaperoning· Work closely with Operations Manager for administrative and operational matters

B. On Accounts:· Handle basic accounting tasks such as recording and reconcile transactions, categorize expenses by maintaininga monthly general ledger journal and closing activities (using Plato patient record system and Xero accountingsoftware)· Tracking and collation of accounts payable and accounts receivables, ensuring prompt and accurate accounts,and bank reconciliations· Processing vendor invoices and preparing payment through cheques/I-banking· Liaise with external parties/vendors and communicate via email· Account receivables and payables· Manual invoice for insurance and closing of insurance payment· Request LOG from the insurance provider· Liaise with outsource Account on P&L report, balance report and other management financial reporting

Job Requirements:·

Minimum 1-2 working experience in any service industry, preferable in healthcare· Required Skills(s): Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office· Must work independently with minimum supervision· Hardworking, organized, meticulous and able to multi-task, dependable, punctual, a team player· Able to converse with English and Mandarin-speaking patients· Good customer service skills·
