Academic Administrator

You will be part of a dynamic team working in a face-paced environment as the college strives for academic transformation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Academic Manager in the daily operations of the Academic Department, including following up on student academic matters, as well as preparation and organisation of official meetings minutes.
- Liaise with other agencies, organisations and groups for academic matters
- Plan teaching schedules and academic resources for academic programmes
- Plan and administer assessments and examinations, including liaison with external examiners and facilitation of appeals and moderation processes
- Manage the filing, storage and security of academic documents
- Assist the Academic Manager in the administering and analysis of surveys including the writing of academic reports with the data collected
- Able to investigate and resolve feedback/complaints efficiently and tactfully
- Assist with any adhoc academic perations
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- High level of discretion with strict integrity standards in handling confidential matters
- Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
- Adept in using Microsoft Office and online meeting tools like Zoom, Google Meet and Lark
- An understanding of Music and Arts will be beneficial, but not required
