Executive, IT Procurement & Administration (Contract)

The Executive, IT Procurement & Administration serves as the IT Procurement Officer and Administrator, providing crucial administrative support to the IT Division for efficient management of IT procurement, payments, and various tasks.

[What you will be working on]

Principal Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare IT procurement documents.
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and ICT regulations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the procurement team.

Payment Processing:
- Aid in processing payments for IT-related purchases and services.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of payment documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve payment issues.

Contract Management:
- Support IT contract management and administration.
- Maintain updated records of IT contracts and agreements.
- Assist in contract renewals or terminations as required.

Document Management:
- Obtain and organize relevant documents for IT reviews and audits.
- Ensure proper filing and accessibility of IT documentation.

Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed by the IT Division.

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a public sector setting.
- Solid understanding of IT terminologies related to digitalization, application, infrastructure, and security.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, proactive attitude, keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective written communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- Proficiency in engaging with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge in IT procurement and contracts is advantageous.

Remuneration and benefits will be based on qualifications and experience.
