Our client is a MNC dealing with material handling equipment, warehousing and material flow engineering sectors.

In their expansion, they are looking for a Product Sales Manager (Regional) to join them.

  • Support Head of Finance on financial model, target setting, runway planning, other corporate finance and internal planning matters.
  • Define sales and product portfolio strategies for core APAC distributor markets including South Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, and develop sales channels and partnerships.
  • Engage and collaborate with frontline teams and distributors to achieve high level of market intelligence and knowledge.
  • Analyze markets trends, share insights, identify, and capture growth opportunities.
  • Cooperate with APAC product management on portfolio strategy and development.
  • Able to make decisive recommendations to increase market share and achieve higher crossselling and profitability.
  • Develop customerorientated pricing strategy.
  • Drive sales of key technologies, leveraging from information from the consulting and training sales teams and jointly rollingout sales measures.
  • Organize regional events, conduct product trainings and launches.
  • Joint customer visits and close collaboration with sales teams.
  • Support further expansion across APAC in setting up new offices, distributors, and partnerships.
  • Commercial focus with a problemsolving and goaldriven mindset.

If you are someone with the following, let's chat**- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience ideally in a regional sales or product management role.

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies, driving profitable growth, and entering new markets are strong advantages.
  • Working experiences in Industrial sector, machinery or material handling equipment preferred.
  • Team Player with ability to engage with stakeholders across different cultures, hierarchies, and professional backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and able to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels.
