Project Overview:


Drive accelerated revenue growth in the SEA region through the development, management, and nurturing of a robust channel partner ecosystem.


Key Components:

  • Alignment with APAC & Regional Goals: Ensure regional channel strategy aligns with both the broader APAC business plan and company specific regional goals for both sell-thru (driving end-user sales) and sell-in (securing partner commitment).
  • Regional Sales & Marketing Development: Developing targeted sales and marketing plans specific to SEA region's market dynamics and partner needs. Including regional marketing campaigns, tailored sales collateral, or partner-specific promotions.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) to create co-marketing initiatives and programs that support partner success. Including joint webinars, co-branded content, or partner-led sales workshops.
  • Partner Training Programs: Developing and delivering training programs for partners that equip them with a strong understanding of the company’s products, value propositions, and effective selling techniques.

Deliverables:

  • Partner engagement level (e.g., participation in training programs, co-marketing activities)
  • Partner sales performance (achievement of quotas, growth rates)
  • Customer acquisition and retention rates through partner channels
  • Regional market share and revenue growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field..
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and channel management, with a proven track record of success in the SEA region.
  • Strong understanding of the SEA market dynamics and partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
