Who do we look for?

  • You hold a relevant Master's Degree or equivalent from 2023 or 2024 such as in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Energy
  • You have some international experience, for example you studied a semester abroad, you worked as an intern or volunteered in another country than the one you are originally from
  • Standing together is one of our key values so it is essential that you demonstrate a good team spirit
  • You are a forwardthinking and performance driven person with excellent interpersonal skills showing assertiveness, confidence and resilience and you have the ability to operate autonomously
  • Innovation being at the heart of our DNA we hope to welcome people with an entrepreneurial and agile mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Most importantly, you have a strong interest for commodity trading and you are eager to widen your knowledge during this 2year journey.
  • You thrive in changing environments and you can deal with uncertainty or fast evolving situations

And what's next?

  • Applications will remain open until end of April 2024. Should you be selected for Round 1, you will then be notified in May 202
  • The interview process will involve up to 4 rounds and it will be a mix of remote and onsite sessions (HR online interview, sessions with our Managers and Traders including a case study and an assessment with our senior leaders). More details will be provided in due course
  • Successful applicants will join the program on October, 1st 2024.
