  • To provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management
  • Concierge services to top management (such as travel, hotel reservations etc)
  • To coordinate and maintain a schedule of their appointments and meetings
  • Residential property management
  • Coordinating with 3rd party vendors on sundry matters
  • Expense processing & management of payables, statutory dues
  • Other Administrative work and support as required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant secretarial / personal assistant experience
  • Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong team player and ability to maintain professional levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good time management and punctuality.
