Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Make sure bookkeeping is in order. Adhere to proper accounting standards. Manage all invoices, billing, reconciliation related matters.
  • Handle and resolve any billing, invoicing and finance related queries internally and externally
  • Establish and enforce proper internal control policies for finance and company assets
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Provide monthly reports of key financial metrics analysis, expense and revenue analysis, P&L for every revenue channels
  • Manage statutory reporting, annual audit (internal & external), internal controls, tax compliance, etc
  • Analyse expense trends and identify savings opportunities
  • Manage financial ROI and key metrics for different sales channels
  • Manage short term and long term budget planning and forecasting for different departments such as manpower, operations, sales and so on. Manage tax planning for the company
  • Provide insights on cost/revenue structure for competitive companies in the industry and inform business decisions on where to invest next for business success
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma holder in Accountancy or in Finance
  • Ideally more than 5 years' work experience in a management position in finance
  • Great at communicating both internally and externally
  • Have a strong ownership mentality and can work hard in a fastpaced environment
