Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Answer employees' queries about HRrelated issues
  • Administer payroll for employees in Singapore and Hong Kong office
  • Gather staffing needs from the Head of Departments and create and publish job ads
  • Issue invoices to clients
  • Draft terms & conditions when needed
  • Process monthly office and staff expenses
  • Administer group benefits plan for employees
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Manage the company's liabilities (e.g. insurance premiums)
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Business/Payroll Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn at all times
