**RESPONSIBILITIES
HR related

  • Prepare monthly crew payroll and assist with payroll procedure with Payroll Team
  • Update monthly payroll reports and crew database in SAP
  • Ensure correctness and completeness of payroll reports
  • Cross check OCS data integrity against internal digital records and SAP
  • Prepare HR letters (e.g. Employment letter, Jubilee letter, Bonus letter, termination letter, salary adjustment, annual income statements, etc)
  • Assist on Letter of Employment preparation (document checks, filing, administration)
  • Liaise with each Vessel's admin for the uptodate timesheet before the payroll run starts
  • Prepare and review crew payroll reports/ schedule/ timesheets/ cash advance/ expense claims (checking, filing and administration)
  • Assist in Year-End Audit preparation
  • Other adhoc HR duties that may arise
Finance related

  • Ensure that monthly crew payroll transactions are captured in SAP accurately and timely
  • Prepare timely payroll reports and/or fillings (e.g., crew annual income statement, crew tax statements, etc)
  • To review the finalized payroll summary reports, income tax, payment details, and bank listing for crews from PWC before the submission for approval
  • Ensure the payroll transactions, adjustment, intra & intercompany accounts are cleared and processed on time in SAP
  • Ensure that all financial documents are filed and stored in their respective digital folders
  • Assist in Year-End audit preparation

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a HR Generalist/payroll experience in a similar capacity
  • Good communication skills especially in English both written and spoken
  • Comfortable to work in a multilingual crosscultural environment
  • Experience in handling large volume of personnel in payroll is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Pleasant disposition with the ability of multitasking in a fastpaced environment
  • Meticulous, energetic, organized, good interpersonal, and team work spirit that allows you to interact effectively with staff in all levels and employers
  • Flexible and openminded comfortable to occasionally execute work matters that crosses various departments (such as operational matters)
