**Job Description

  • Basic understanding on BS, P&L, GL, AR, and Payroll
  • Assist in processing of invoices, prepare cheque payments and billing
  • Assist in staff claim verification and petty cash reimbursement
  • Assist in performing monthly bank reconciliation
  • Proper maintain all account documents
  • Assist in preparing GST return / CPF
  • Entering data of receipts, payment and invoices to accounting software
  • Provide administrative support
  • Assist in other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent;
  • At least 1 years working experience in related area;
  • Excel/accounting software knowledge;
