**Job Description
- Basic understanding on BS, P&L, GL, AR, and Payroll
- Assist in processing of invoices, prepare cheque payments and billing
- Assist in staff claim verification and petty cash reimbursement
- Assist in performing monthly bank reconciliation
- Proper maintain all account documents
- Assist in preparing GST return / CPF
- Entering data of receipts, payment and invoices to accounting software
- Provide administrative support
- Assist in other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent;
- At least 1 years working experience in related area;
- Excel/accounting software knowledge;
