  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents.

  • Assist in the preparation of daily report and statements.
  • Facilitate communication between the accounting team and other departments.
  • Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits such as providing auditors with requested documentation and information.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting Software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
