J&T is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our supportive sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise multiple conversation platforms on daily enquiries
  • Analyze, monitor, and report seller's performance using operational metrics
  • Identify and report current and potential issues faced by sellers
  • Understand pain points from sellers and propose solutions to solve them
  • Solve operational issues faced by local and overseas sellers on a daytoday basis
  • Rectify abnormal transactions and coordinate between Operation, Customer Service and Clients
  • Assist on account creation and service update
  • Provide administrative support to local and overseas Clients
  • Recommend any possible improvement and process enhancement within the area of responsibility

Requirements:

  • GCE A Level, Diploma, and/or above
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in a Sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and eCommerce is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
  • A selfmotivated, resultoriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
  • Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goaldriven and work well in fastpaced environments
