Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our dynamic HR team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a desire to support our employees and organizational goals. Good understanding of healthcare sector in Singapore is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Provide support in performance management processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and regulations is a plus.
