Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of current & future e-commerce projects.
• Responsible for project management from planning to execution and maintenance as well as traffic/sales projection.
• Determine project goals and outcomes, assemble and validate usage of assets & resources against brand guidelines.
• Determine pricing & promotional strategies through references from Brand managers, and measure, track & report performance.
• Brand stores management on various e-commerce platforms.
• Company website & website management.
• Create & maintain website/platform content while ensuring all content is up to date with pages, products & prices being correct, current and in line with guidelines/references at all times.
• Co-ordinate with various brand managers & marketing teams as well as platform account managers for reference to establish & implement online promotional pricing and product strategies to drive traffic & sales.
• Assist in day to day management of assigned brands/stores/platform.

Requirements:

• No Experiences are also welcome.
• Working knowledge & experience of various e-commerce platform/systems, both front-end & back-end (eg. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon & Shopify).
• Clear understanding of traffic metrics and sources & experience in tracking, optimizing & implementing online sales/product/promotional strategies through data analytics and projection.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred, but not a requirement.
• Knowledge in webpage maintenance is an advantage.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
