Singapore International Baccalaureate Full time

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of daily operational tasks on supplier registrations, user enquiries, processing Purchase Orders.
  • Ensure all purchases are processed in accordance with the Procurement Policy and other crossfunctional Policies that are applicable to Procurement.
  • Ensure that the contract database in SharePoint is uptodate and accurate.
  • Ensure that IB's procurement and contract management follows ethical process and free from irregular transactions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in business administration or related fields;
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or administrative roles;
  • Basic understanding of the procurement process including contract evaluation, negotiation, approval, tracking and closeout;
  • Good eye for detail with good communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and support business users;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
