As a Junior Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the administrative team and perform a wide range of duties.

You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing paperwork, assisting with correspondence, managing calendars, and completing general office tasks.

You will also be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure that administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and organizing paperwork, including letters, memos, and reports
  • Filing and maintaining records in both physical and digital formats
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events, including booking rooms, arranging catering, and preparing materials
  • Conducting research and compiling information as needed
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering as needed
  • Running errands as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Previous administrative or office experience is preferred, but not required
