As we continue to grow and build our operations, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to work onsite in our Singapore office.


Reporting back to our IT Operations Lead, you will be responsible to provide technical support to our users both remotely and onsite.


You will specifically be expected to:

What will you do?

  • Resolve IT queries via ticketing system or inperson for clients and personnel.
  • Independently handle standard tickets and assist in difficult situations with supervision.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for ticket resolution within SLAs.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network systems, and peripheral devices including printers and O365related issues.
  • Administer user accounts, computers, network resources, and security groups in Active Directory.
  • Prepare, replace, and dispose of new computers. Support cell phones and wireless modems.
  • Provide input on IT purchasing and work with external vendors. Conduct IT asset audits quarterly.
  • Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and service expansion.

What you bring?:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology / computer engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of IT technical experience working on hardware, software and peripherals troubleshooting; production environment exposure.
  • Proficient in Windows 10 and 7, Office 365 including installation and troubleshooting.
  • General understanding of commonly used IT technologies including PC support and mobile devices
  • Certified in ITIL will be preferred Performance and personal competencies.
