IT System Analyst

Join us as an IT System Analyst, and be an integral part of our Global IT Core System team, collaborating with the Application Governance owner to ensure the successful implementation of our global template solution.

Your role will involve liaising with external vendors for change requests, fixes, and other integration requirements, as well as working with the Process Governance Officer (PGO) for process clarifications and changes requests.

Additionally, you will support different business units with project and operational assistance.

The Role

• Provide IT specialist support for the IBP Integrated Business Planning system.
• Take responsibility for system administration, including job/script monitoring, data upload, configuration, and testing.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues raised by business users.
• Implement change requests from business stakeholders in coordination with vendors.
• Participate in and support the rollout of IBP to affiliate countries.
• Be actively involved in rollout projects, supporting user testing, and issue resolution throughout the project.
• Coordinate with other ERP team members to clarify data requirements.
• Be an essential part of the ERP support team, ensuring daily operational issues reported from regional countries are resolved promptly. This includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and providing technical advice or resolutions to users.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 23 years of relevant working experience with ERP or supply chainrelated systems.
• Some experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools and proficiency in SQL.
