In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to shape and design solution and process fit for the company and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in WSA organization and across the value chain.

You will work in close collaboration with the Group's Sustainability team in meeting our ambitious sustainability goals and financial targets.


You will be a member of the Financial Reporting & Planning team within the Corporate Finance department and report into a Senior Manager based in Singapore.


What you will do:

  • Participation in endtoend project management from system design, inception to completion
  • Contribute to the preparation the Group's sustainability report and timely adherence to relevant sustainability standards and regulatory framework
  • Serve as the Finance business partner to the Group's Sustainability team
  • Collaborate, train, and engage with metric owners, crossfunctional teams, and specialists to gather, analyze, and report financial and nonfinancial ESG data
  • Support monthly and quarterly external communication messages, financial reports, and presentations of WSA sustainability initiatives, results, and progress to the board
  • Support the execution of an internal control framework for ESG Reporting, aimed at monitoring and addressing ESGrelated risks and opportunities and policy making
  • Support the audit and assurance process concerning ESG
  • Participate in other financial projects led by the Group Corporate Finance function as needed.

What you bring:

  • Experience_
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, sustainability, social and environmental management, or related fields
  • Knowledge in accounting standards and financial reporting
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in the sustainable finance, ESG team, or exposure to sustainability frameworks, regulations (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy and GHG protocols) will be a plus
  • Personal competencies_
  • Ability to work independently and be resourceful in gathering information from various internal and external sources to summarize requirements, trends, and themes
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and coupled with a collaborative and teamoriented mindset
  • Aptitude for critical and creative thinking with an interest in sustainability and leveraging data and technology to support the Group in making informed decisions and actions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize key messages to make compelling and visual presentations or report.
