The company operates in the automotive sector, specifically focusing on auto parts for trucks and buses. Auto parts are manufactured in Vietnam for sale in international markets.

TBP Automotive is a reputable player in the automotive industry, specializing in brake drum production for medium and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and buses. With a rich history of over three decades in auto parts, the company is based in Vietnam and is recognized for its innovation, quality, and customer service. TBP Automotive supplies parts to the global automotive sector, offering a wide range of products designed to meet the highest standards of quality and longevity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic team player to fulfill the Sales Manager role. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers to showcase the company's offerings.

Primary responsibilities include focusing on generating new sales through outbound lead generation, occasionally managing inbound leads, and contacts. This role is a remote position for a Sales Manager and involves overseeing sales activities, creating and executing sales strategies, managing client relations, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be in charge of spotting new business prospects, negotiating agreements, and delivering exceptional customer support. Collaboration with diverse teams and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales activities and develop/implement effective sales strategies
  • Manage client relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales and meeting sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities
  • Preferably, prior experience in the automotive industry
  • Capability to establish and sustain client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
