Import / Export Planner

  • Ensure import manifest information is correctly input into WMS
  • Ensure export load plan is in proper order and perform correct stock connecting to export container
  • Ensure customers' special instructions are carried out before unstuffing or stuffing
  • Check and send tally sheet after container is being unstuffed or stuffed
  • Inform and follow up with customers on cargo dispute / damages or cargo not stuffed
  • Resolve customer's request on cargo dispute / damages and attend to surveys
  • Provide report to customers on outstanding cargo

Requirements:

  • Entry level applicants welcome to apply, training provided #midcareerswitch, #freshgraduate, #returntoworkmothers
  • A dynamic team player with good communication and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fastpaced work setting
  • Minimum Nitec, pass English. Not allergic to using computers and learning new things.
