- Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various administrative tasks and processes within an organization during the absence of a regular administrator due to maternity leave.
The Administrator at Hysses Singapore plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of various administrative tasks within the organization.
The position requiresstrong attention to detail , excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities: •Documentation and Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases. Ensure that important documents, contracts, and correspondence are properly filed and easily accessible.

- Data Entry and Reporting
- Filing and Compliance
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as instructed by Management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business administration or a related field may be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and
meticulous attention to detail . - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not always required.
