**Key Responsibilities: •Documentation and Record Keeping

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases. Ensure that important documents, contracts, and correspondence are properly filed and easily accessible.

  • Communication
  • Data Entry and Reporting
Accurately input data into relevant systems, databases, or spreadsheets. Prepare and generate reports as required by management.

  • Filing and Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as instructed by Management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business administration or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and
    meticulous attention to detail .
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not always required.
