**About This Role:
- **The role of the HR Admin Assistant involves performing general HR and administrative duties within the organisation which includes office & facilities management as well as responsible in managing the reception duties.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative tasks in the office including receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, attending to guests, handle mails & courier services
  • Liaise with external vendors, and provide administrative support for facility maintenance eg. repairs, aircon, copier machine, office cleaner, etc.
  • Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office operations
  • Assist in recruitment and be a point of contact as required
  • Managing the communication channel with the staff e.g. announcement of policies, events etc
  • Assist in the organising of various company activities, team building and wellness programme
  • Support other HR or admin duties
  • Any other adhoc duties which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications And Experience
Education

  • Minimum "O" Level/ Certificate in Human Resource or Business
Experience and Skill

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a tem
  • Able to multitask and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive and selfmotivated
