Job Overview:

We are looking for a trustworthy and dependable Assistant in Human Resources Administration to join our team. In this role, you will handle HR assistance, Admin tasks, basic Accounting and Payroll duties, contract preparation, project claims, and possess knowledge in the construction industry, projects, buildings, and more.

The ideal candidate must have experience in the construction field to report to the Director and undertake daily HOC Duties accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for company compliance, office affairs, WPOL, EPOL work pass system, and HR support for Foreigner Pass Applications
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR Management
  • Prepare Employment Contracts, Payrolls, and more
  • Ensure HR Management is reminded of crucial tasks and deadlines
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as instructed by Directors/HR Management

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, listening, communication)
  • Mature, Reliable, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
  • With a sincere and honest approach
  • Work 5.5 days per week, flexible timings
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
  • Diploma/Degree Holder or relevant qualifications
