202 Kallang Bahru, #06-02, Singapore 33933- The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of field service including sales (when necessary), execution, scheduling, procurement, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with all on-site work

Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • Execution of field service order/Service Level Agreements:
  • Order Processing of Customer PO in ERP System
  • Scheduling/Allocation of resources i.e. field service engineers for job (inclusive of Travel & Visa Arrangements for oversea assignment)
  • Ensures material is ordered and sent to sites on time
  • Ensures all aspects of job on site are completed, according to customer requirements/ schedule (timely and proactive updates are provided to customer)
  • Consolidate service report/ timesheet/ change orders to ensure proper and timely billing at project completion
  • Warranty claim(s) for field service orders
  • Field Service jobs documentation to be filed in our shared drive
  • Support to Service Sales
  • Prepares quotations to customers for field service
  • When necessary, acts as sales lead for field service work to develop business
  • Reports Preparation
  • Prepare monthly Forecast reports (related to field service orders)
  • To manage Field Service costings / budget upon order received, and to give a quarterly report of status of final margin
  • Suggestion of possible cost saving to increase field service margins
  • Manage and calculate monthly provisions (accrual)
  • To be involved in a continuous improvement (waste identification) process in the service team
  • To take ownership to increase utilization rate / productive hours of Field service engineers
  • Able to go on site visits/ support field service engineers when necessary
  • Any other tasks assigned according to business needs

Your profile and qualifications:

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field service coordination
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP is good to have
  • Good computer skills with a sound knowledge of the following software packages, Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
