Objectives


This Service Coordinator is responsible for handling all customers' requests and support service team in responding to maintenance services, repair work to meet and exceed customers' expectation.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provides shared support to Sales and Operations team.
  • Perform administrative duties such as quotations, invoices, scheduling appointment and reports.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse to prepare materials and equipments to meet delivery KPI (key performance indicators).
  • Support AR Collection

  • Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.

  • Strong attention to details

Qualification:

  • NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent discipline.
