Key Highlights:
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing client expectations and taking charge of customer service requests and resolutions
- Excel in problem-solving and exhibit analytical capabilities to champion customer interests across the organization
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide valuable feedback to management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client interaction records in our systems and applications
- Meet Contact Centre KPIs related to Service Levels, productivity, and quality assurance while contributing to team performance standards
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across various levels and departments
- Be ready for additional responsibilities or overtime duties during operational exigencies
- Support the service team in continuous improvement initiatives and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications Sought
- Prior experience in Contact Centers or Customer Service roles, particularly in inbound hotlines
- Fresh diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec holders interested in pursuing a customer service career in a contact center setting are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and proficiency in MS Office
- Candidates with a Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) will be given preference
- Completion of CGI certification by the end of the probation period is mandatory
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and a local second language is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and navigate different systems and platforms efficiently
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric, and dynamic environment
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
