Position Overview


The Supervisor, Capella Culturist will be responsible to assist the Manager to oversee the Culturists team in assisting every guest with Dining, Transportation, Entertainment, Events, Tours, Directions and requests or any other needs.


The Role

A. Perform Front Office Operations**- Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of Hotel's and Residence layout, appointments, amenities and locations, all service hours of operations

  • Maintain complete knowledge and understanding of local events, local cultural heritage, attractions, holiday schedules, dining and entertainment venue
  • Performs concierge services such as arranging transportation, airline reservations and changes, golf, tennis, luggage repair, art sales or any special guest request
  • Accommodate and expedite all requests in congenial manner
  • Collect guest preferences for all guests that have not already been collected by reservation and from the prearrival calls performed by The Living Room
  • Serve food and beverages in Living Room
  • Maintain all equipment at The Living Room to ensure they are in good working order

B. Drive Service Excellence**- Handle guest complaints by following the procedures and ensuring complete guest satisfaction

  • Promote positive relations with all individuals who come in contact
  • Maintain confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent hotel data

Talent Profile

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a luxury brand hotel
