Job Description:
Responsibilities:
You will:
- Assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures
- Ensure all guest are attended to at the Front Desk
- Issue apartment access key cards
- Attend to and anticipate all guests' queries and needs
- Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist guests in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
- Manage guests' accounts, information and apartment availability in the system
- Perform simple bookkeeping
- Make and confirm reservations
- Handle and record guests feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers
- Receive and convey messages to guests' promptly
- Handle the safekeeping of cash and guests' valuables and belongings
- Perform related tasks as assigned
