Summary of the role:

The Order Management Team plays a crucial role in overseeing all order processing related to engine overhauls. Their primary responsibility is to ensure seamless order-to-cash conversion within the specified timeframe. This team collaborates closely with workshop personnel, technical experts, parts and logistics teams to guarantee the timely delivery of accurate parts to meet overhaul requirements. Additionally, they maintain direct communication with customers to address their engine-related queries and assist the finance department in securing prompt payment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification of process inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage service repair orders, monitor delivery status, and ensure timely job completion.
  • Engage proactively with key customers to provide valuable solutions.
  • Assist in daily operations including cash management and billing plan tracking.
  • Maintain clear and organized operation documents, and contribute to process enhancements as necessary.
  • Provide support to the Order Management Team in ad-hoc scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Business/Engineering program at a university.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with flexibility and a positive approach to challenges.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication abilities across all levels.
  • Prior knowledge of SAP (Sales & Distribution Module) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office location.
