About the Team

The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology.

Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content.

It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity.

It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

The Content Quality Assurance Specialist will be providing support to ensure the safety of LIVE videos on the platform

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring international LIVE content quality to ensure community ecological security
  • Thorough data analysis, summarize and feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and form a quality inspection report
  • Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to relevant operation's needs
  • Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimise the process and system platform

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, livestream product user;
  • Proficiency in English as a working language and fluency in Korean is required to review contents. Multilingual individuals will have an advantage.
  • In-depth contact with local customs and culture, is highly sensitive to social news;
  • Possesses strong learning ability, cross-department communication and collaboration skills, overseas working/ training is a plus;
  • Able to work under mínimal supervision and have strong logic/ common sense related to job nature;
  • Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc. With data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferred;
  • Good communication skills, able to abstract problems and find solutions proactively.
