Roles & Responsibilities

The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is searching for a highly motivated individual to be part of their team. The chosen candidate will take charge of B2B business development for corporate membership, support B2C individual membership acquisition and engagement, and provide assistance with events. This position calls for a proactive and customer-centric approach to account management, lead generation, lead tracking, retention, and event coordination.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

B2B (Corporate Membership)

  • Serve as the account manager for Corporate Members, maintaining consistent communication and updating them on ISCA's latest updates, events, benefits, and services.
  • Generate and pursue leads through a variety of strategies including networking events, info sessions, social gatherings, road shows, exhibitions, and collaboration with different departments.
  • Keep an accurate and current database of corporate members.
  • Offer regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics, progress, and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Help with updates to the Corporate Membership webpage, Corporate Members Telegram channel, and user experience improvements on the ISCA Portal.

B2C (Individual Membership)

  • Support the Member Acquisition and Engagement team in their efforts to acquire and engage individual members.
  • Aid in the organization and participation of events that aim to attract new individual members.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as employer organizations, to guarantee effective coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Generate and pursue leads from outreach events, marketing campaigns, and trade shows.

External Events Support

  • Generate and follow up on leads through participation in accountancy-related and other trade shows, as well as ISCA-initiated events.

  • Experience in account management, lead generation, and sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably SalesForce) and lead management tools.
