Responsibilities:

  • Support the facility manager in all sourcing activities across Inchcape properties
  • Manage projects to ensure that schedule and deliverables are on schedule
  • Liaise and collaborate closely with stakeholders across Inchcape properties to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on their enquiries or projects
  • Provide prompt and professional helpdesk services on resolving feedback and request from stakeholders
  • Prepare proposal plan on different project works required and review work operations matters on a periodic basis
  • Manage and track leasing and contract agreements across all Inchcape properties
  • Manage pantry items, card access and internal mailing services
  • Prepare work order (Coupa) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Track regulatory submissions and ensure that it is compliant with the regulatory's requirements
  • Draft Request for Quotation (RFQ) and source for comparative quotations for varied services
  • Assist and manage Cintella System under Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
  • To support any adhoc initiatives assigned

Job requirements

  • Degree in Facilities Management / Building Services or related qualification
  • At least 4 years relevant work experiences in facilities management, preferably in automotive or commercial property industry
  • Possess good proficiency in MS Office Tools (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
  • Possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, stakeholders management skills and problemsolving skills
  • Possess positive energy level, resourceful, growth mindset and resilience
  • Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment
  • Comfortable with traveling to different work sites
