Job Title: Employee Relations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough Employee Relations (ER) investigations, analyzing data to reach conclusions and recommend management action.
  • Interpret and apply corporate policies, employment law, and regulations to provide guidance on ER inquiries.
  • Facilitate interventions to resolve employee disagreements and conflicts.
  • Deliver warnings and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to review and implement workforce change strategies.
  • Provide expertise and case management on ER issues from intake to resolution.
  • Track and analyze case trends using technology-based systems.
  • Lead ER projects and optimize processes in the region.
  • Assist in creating and implementing ER and HR policies.
  • Deliver presentations to management on ER topics and trends.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Employee Relations within a corporate environment.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and report cases logically.
  • Proficiency in English language communication.
  • HR experience in ASEAN regions.
  • Understanding of performance management principles.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable with conflict resolution.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in centralized ER or HR models.
  • Work experience in a high-growth tech company.
  • Skilled in influencing key stakeholders and advancing business goals.
  • Experience coaching HR members and Managers.
  • Problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
