Job Title:
Business Administrator Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST submissions into the system
- Prepare quarterly accounts with P&L
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Assist with the annual accounts submission and tallying with the accountant
- Generate monthly payroll and claims
- Tally, Monitor and Upkeep monthly leave balances
- Prepare regular Monthly Invoicing
- Arrange accommodation for workers
- Procure necessary items for office administration
- Prepare and arrange invoices/delivery orders for sales items
- Follow up on payments from customers
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin is a plus)
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
