JOB PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consolidate/Report for Sales and P&L and Balance Sheet (actual and forecast) for IDEM SEA countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar for Actual, RLBE/Forecast, Monthly Reporting, Confirmation
  • Working closely with Regional GM SEA and Country Leads as strong Finance business partners and supports day to day business operations issues
  • Consolidate/Report/Monitor Cash Conversion Cycle, and Credit Management for SEA markets
  • Consolidation, analysis, and reporting of the Plan and RLBEs for the region
  • Distributors managements: renewal/appointment process, inventory management, credit/margin claims processes, etc.
  • Financial Analysis / Decision Support
  • Consolidate to understand the key drivers of profitability issues relating to any given Plan or RLBE cycle
  • Provide meaningful, valueadded analytics to influence and counsel Senior Management on potential opportunities and / or exposures
  • Reporting and tracking of endcustomer sales: (primary, secondary and tertiary sales) across SEA markets
  • Working closely to review/provide Sales Incentive Calculation to local HR
  • Responsible for 1 direct report talent development
  • Provide ad hoc support and solutions to meet business initiatives, planning and reporting requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education
  • Minimum 1215 years of business controlling experience in multinational, customeroriented environment (Experience in FP&A is highly advantageous)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Excellent analytical/ problem solving skills and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong cando attitude: Innovative and collaborative with a passion for quality and efficiency
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn / leverage on digital tools
