Position Title: Order Processing Supervisors
Location: Kallang Avenue | Victoria Wholesale Centre
Working Days: Mon - Fri / (Alt Sat)
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm | 8.30am – 1pm
Salary: $3,200 - $3,500

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of order processing, including order entry, validation, invoicing, and shipping for accuracy and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to handle order-related issues like changes, cancellations, or expedited requests.
  • Manage daily order processing operations, provide guidance to staff, and ensure quality customer service.
  • Monitor staff performance to uphold service quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate across departments for order accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for order processing.
  • Resolve order processing issues, address customer complaints, and maintain updated stock records.
  • Generate performance reports, conduct trend analysis, and maintain filing systems.
  • Undertake additional projects as assigned by management.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum of 2-year relevant experience
  • Experience with Sage and supervisory skills preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications required
