Roles & Responsibilities

Our sales and new client acquisition team plays a crucial role in our strategic growth plans. You will have a key part in shaping the future of healthcare marketing. A typical day involves:
- Engaging in sales and business development tasks to boost revenue and attract new clients.
- Strategically managing and expanding accounts for long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
- Working closely with the marketing team to create and execute effective strategies aligned with our sustainability objectives.
- Leading initiatives to grow our presence locally and regionally, identifying new market prospects and positioning Sustainable Growth Experts as a healthcare marketing leader.
- Pursuing new accounts actively, utilizing your deal-closing skills to expand our client portfolio.
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Proven sales experience, demonstrating success in business development and deal closure. (New graduates are welcome if eager for a sales career)
- Capability to manage accounts while fostering enduring business connections.
- Ability to collaborate with teams to devise growth-oriented strategies.
- Understanding of marketing principles and a sharp insight into healthcare market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, effectively liaising with managers and stakeholders.
- Proactive in securing new accounts and expanding our business reach.

Compensation Package
- Commencing base salary of SGD$3800 (experience-dependent)
